The Board had not posted minutes for any meetings for over a year. They seem to have just done them all in the last couple of days.

I suppose they've all got bored from being in lockdown and wanted something to do, so they finalised the minutes. Still, it means that everyone else in lockdown has plenty to read.Giraffe Stapler wrote: ↑Tue Apr 28, 2020 10:42 pmThe Board had not posted minutes for any meetings for over a year. I'll bet the idea of stretching the terms for a year was fully Maria Sefidari Huici.
I suspect she didn't like her chances running after the Frammageddon.

Most states have not eliminated the requirement for an annual meeting. Rather, Governors have used their emergency powers to allow the meetings to be held using a virtual format.
Since election of board seats can be held on-line, there is really no valid reason for postponing the election.

Even over here, it's happened. THe election for the Mayor of London and Greater London Assembly has been postponed from May 2020 to May 2021. But of course over 90% of votes would have been in polling stations.
