Most states have not eliminated the requirement for an annual meeting. Rather, Governors have used their emergency powers to allow the meetings to be held using a virtual format.

Since election of board seats can be held on-line, there is really no valid reason for postponing the election.

I am sure that the knee jerk reaction to GDPR would be to amend NOLEGALTHREATS to say that anyone who makes a GDPR request is blocked while it is pending. Of course this would not be allowed under the GDPR.
