It often is, but in my own RFA there was less badgering and more actual discussion and correcting so it can serve a purpose. Maybe that's just how I saw it in that case, though, since it was my RFA.

Derailed it so hard it passed without a cratchat. Raising the bar, especially by that amount, makes sure that you almost never pass any admin with experience dealing with contentious topics or conflict. Maybe I'm biased, though?
