Dougweller's question seems reasonable. Qworty (T-C-L) seems to be a COI zealot, and going by his user page and block log, I would guess that this user wants to keep Wikipedia pure, or is aiming for admin.

A quick look at their most recent mainspace contribs reveals mostly removal of text, almost nothing is added to Wikipedia by this user (unless article tagging counts). They would make a great admin, IMO.
