Well at least Roe's comments have enough context you can figure out what being frammed means.

Although it generally seems to start with people taking umbrage at any scrutiny their direction, because Anome complains Fram took him to ANI instead of... talking about it on the talk page. Where Fram did start the discussion, and Anime's response was "why aren't you focused on deleting someone else's poor work instead of my poor work?"

Maybe Fram is short for framistan.

Archer himself (although not his children, IMS) very much kept Scottish.. There was a large diaspora of Scots around the North Sea and into the Baltic. Some of them remained English or Scots speakers for generations, and intermarried largely with other Scottish expatriates. (The same thing could be seen in the Maritimes and Newfistan, although there identifying as Canadian or Newfic, or both.) Some of this went all the way back to Knox and Vasa.

It does kind of single him out as the only person brave enough to do this sort of thing, which does not sound very appealing. I mean sure, it might mean that some people respect you, but everyone else is going to be on guard around you to the point of hostility.
