Life seems rather nasty and brutish for small stuffed animals. I'm always finding them homeless around England.

OK, that one's a little disturbing...

If I had to come up with a theory for this, it would be that the artist made a whole bunch of clip-art images available on Flickr just to "get his name out there," but objected to the practice (employed by Commons and other Flickr scrapers) of running scripts to grab and transfer en masse any freely-licensed images that anyone posts there over to other sites, usually with "bare-minimum" attribution. So, as a form of protest, he added this image to the collection because he figured anyone who saw it would think the people on Wikipedia are a bunch of sickos for hosting it.

Again, that's just a theory; it could be something completely different.
