The management and moderators of Wikipediocracy do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message posted on this forum, and are not responsible for the contents of any message. All posted messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of the management or moderators of this forum or its other members.
All Users of Wikipediocracy agree, through your use of this service, that they will not use this forum to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, violent, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violates any law.
While the management of Wikipediocracy is not responsible for messages posted, we do not allow all messages, once posted, to remain. Any User who believes that a posted message is objectionable or violates these Terms is encouraged to contact a Moderator or Administrator immediately using the "Report Post" button in the interface. We will remove postings determined to violate our Terms as promptly as possible.
Notwithstanding the above, all Users of Wikipediocracy agree as follows:
Users of the forum and blog own the copyright in their posts (including but not limited to data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials (the "Content")) to any and all parts of the site. By posting Content to any area of this forum, Users automatically grant, and represent and warrant that they have the right to grant, to Wikipediocracy (including its respective agents, affiliates, licensors and service providers), an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, display, and distribute such Content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such Content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. Users understand and agree that all Content is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. Wikipediocracy does not control the Content posted on the site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Users understand that by using this forum, they may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Wikipediocracy or any of its administrators be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content.
