Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (T-H-L) had a redirect created in her name in August 2017 regarding her status as a congressional candidate and has had a standalone article since 27 June 2018.

Agreed she probably could have had more of an article earlier but the same could be said about a lot of people.

You can presumably email the ArbCom or San Francisco and say that the link contains damaging or false information about a living person and that as such it might have BLP issues and should be removed. I don't know whether that would necessarily work and get the link removed of course.
