I don't know about anyone else, but whenever I try to access commons, it states there is no secular connection. I can only view images hosted on commons but not access commons itself.

I loved some of the replies here. One theory I have is that a lot of the content will be archived; especially the unbiased content and the rest can also be archived for future editing all on another website or sites, beyond the reach of Wikimedia.
