Wikipedia doesn't have any editors in the usual sense of the word. There's nobody who has the authority to review an article and tell the author to go back and fix it. Well, no editors as such but lots of processes (DYK/GA/FA/OTD/ITN etc.) where people tell other people to fix things all the time.
