If Section 230 is repealed without conditions, I can see it affecting Wikipedia. But it won't be a huge problem. It affects mainly BLPs -- biographies of living persons. Trump is against Section 230, as noted in this thread. He recently made some sort of Executive Order regarding this. Joe Biden is strongly against Section 230 also.
