Right, but this "Brexit" stuff is really mind blowing in fact though: deadlines can just be ignored for that matter? Most directives are instructions to the member countries to change their domestic laws. That takes time, especially if (as in the United Kingdom) there are devolved parliaments which ...

And when they have to be implemented it will already have been five years (!!!) since the very start of the whole procedure: September 2016 - March 2019 - Summer 2021 => that's twice exactly 2 1/2 years in between, so why can't they just simply order all European states who are a member of the Europ...
