Perhaps "Gaslighting" works well too. There was a notable case of this during the LB fiasco, where one of her "fans" made innocuous edits to articles which were of personal importance to LB, but that she was not linked to on-wiki, as a way of saying "I know who you are". You can just quote a small portion of it and then use the :like: emoticon. Don't qiuote the whole of it if it's lengthy, the way that some people do.

As someone who does this kind of stuff for a living: The minutes of a meeting are confirmed and signed at the next meeting, usually as the first item of business. When they are confirmed and signed (literally, the Chair of the Committee initials each page and then signs the back of the minutes) they...
