In my experience she isn't at all deletionist and is overly generous in accepting sources but closing a discussion should not involve the admin doing the leg work as that creates a personal opinion that can lead to a supervote. Two and my wife doesn't work. I earn more than the UK average but I'd be very reluctant to give up my job a few months before another kid without something to go too.
