I’ve spent the last 2-3 years switching out my old socks for thin smartwool / icebreaker products. Elite footwear. I can’t deign to feel cotton on my feet anymore. I’m currently long haul internationally traveling and my feet feel like I’ve been walking on clouds. It’s a game changer.

Looks like it’s settling into an Iban, an admonishment, and a warning. This really didn’t need to be a full case.

I guess I should credit the arbs for backing down from desysopping + topic ban, but I’m not sure I can given that those were even considered and nearly implemented in the first place.

PD is up. This is an unexpected remedy proposal: Gtoffoletto is removed as a party and offered apologies by the committee for the stress and anxiety that including them caused. Let me rephrase it then. If there is no need for a case the arbs should decline it. I see nothing that improves the project in desysoping an admin because a few vexatious litigants complain. Indeed I think that degrades the project.

I see now where they extended it, thanks for pointing that out. I think it's a mistake to allow KoA to use the 2015 case as a weapon against Leyo's edits 7-8 years later.
